This spring, Tennessee educators have the opportunity to share their feedback on major education initiatives in the state. Here is why you should take the the time to participate:
We listen and make changes based on your feedback.
You know your classroom best.
You have opinions. Here is a place to share them.
Last year, almost 25,000 teachers responded to the survey, representing 40 percent of all teachers across Tennessee. Based on this feedback, we adjusted our teacher evaluation system in several ways. Read an overview of last year’s survey results. Teacher feedback this year will inform our focus in professional development, how we train and support evaluators, and our implementation of the Response to Instruction and Intervention (RTI²) model.
A link to the survey will be emailed to your district email address from email@example.com.
Make sure your colleagues know about the chance to give their feedback by tweeting #TNedsurvey.
The deadline to complete the survey has been extended to Friday, May 23.
