Teachers of TN: Robert Brindos

“It wasn’t until I substitute taught for an eighth grade science teacher for a semester that I realized that teaching was what I was born to do. I knew then that I had to pursue this calling and it has made a huge impact on my family and me….I love guiding students through these formative years. I love it, even more, when they listen and avoid the pitfalls that come with growing up. I usually begin each new class by telling them if I have only taught you the content then I have failed as your teacher. I hope to be the kind of teacher that students want to come back to visit or stay in touch with over the years.”
