Teachers of TN: Louis Toedt

“I try to remember that the real goal of learning is to inspire students to ask more questions, and hopefully bigger questions than whatever’s in the learning objectives for that day. Our real goal is to create lifelong learners rather than to simply transfer information or cognitive processes from one person to another. Boredom is so common in life and sincere interest so rare that it feels sacred and precious when you see it in the classroom, and more than anything else, that’s what I try to go after as a teacher.”
